What's the Education Outcomes Movement?

RGR believes outcomes should sit at the center of every literacy decision. The Education Outcomes Movement is a shared commitment among district and state leaders to measure what matters and act on it together. Add your district's voice to join that conversation.

What happens after I submit?

A member of the RGR team will reach out personally to talk about your district's outcomes. You'll have a real conversation with our team.

How do I find the right RGR materials in EMAT?

Your funding pathway affects how you locate and order instructional materials in EMAT. Confirm the exact RGR materials you plan to purchase and the transaction requirements that apply. Kevin can help you identify the materials and next steps to finalize your order with your district’s purchasing office.

Does an awarded contract mean our district already uses RGR?

An awarded contract means RGR has an established, verified procurement pathway in place. It does not necessarily mean your district is currently using the program.

How does this connect to our Texas state funding?

Purchasing-pathway eligibility and funding eligibility are separate. Whether you are accessing SBOE-approved entitlements credited to your EMAT account or utilizing flexible IMTA funds, having an active contract pathway simplifies how your business office processes the purchase.

What should we do if we are ready to purchase?

Connect with Kevin Sangiovanni, RGR's Texas Literacy Specialist. Kevin can help verify your purchasing options, match your materials in EMAT, and guide you through the next steps to finalize your order.
